INNOMIZE is seeking a Senior Test Engineer to join our growing team! INNOMIZE always raises the quality of our client's software throughout the entire quality lifecycle. From quality assurance assessments and advice on best practices to implementing process improvements followed by continuous test execution, we speed our clients' products to market at the highest possible quality. As a Test Engineer, you will be responsible for leading the testing efforts within a project or team. Your role will involve coordinating with stakeholders, analyzing requirements, designing test strategies, executing tests, and ensuring the overall quality of deliverables.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Execute all manual test cases and performance tests; report defects, and define the severity and priority of each defect.
Develop test plans and test strategies.
Designing the procedures and writing test cases, and test scenarios according to the requirements.
Participate in client meetings to ensure that engagement work products and deliverables are of the highest quality.
Prepare test data as required.
Asset in the planning, creation, and control of the test environment(s).
Identify and document functionality and usability errors in the issue-tracking system.
Analyze data to determine solutions to system processing according to the business requirements.
Transfer knowledge, monitor engagement team performance, and provide feedback on the team.
Ability to develop to be an Automation tester.
As a senior, you will help to monitor and coach junior QCs to work on the projects.
Other duties as assigned.Bachelor's Degree in computer information technology, computer engineering, or related degree.
4+ years of experience with testing software applications.
Experience with relational database concepts and SQL queries is required.
Good knowledge of automation tests, performance tests, and security tests.
Experience in testing API, and load tests using Postman, SOAP UI, or JMetter/Locust.
Experience in working with agile/kanban/scrum methodology.
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Knowledge of HTML/CSS/Javascript to be able to read and understand web code.
Exceptional attention to detail, and be able to interact well with others.
Critical Thinking and Problem-Solving Skills.
Self-motivated and results-oriented.
Strong communication skills especially in English.Dynamic and comfortable working environment.
Work-life balance 40-hr per week from Mon to Fri.
Overtime is rarely required, you will get paid for the extra work (upto 300%).
Upto 16-day and 2-day probation leave per year.
