About The Role

• Location: Preferably based in Hanoi, Vietnam
• Employment Type: Part-Time (Flexible Hours)

Are you a creative graphic designer with a passion for impactful, audience-focused work? At Nexus, we’re looking for a talented Graphic Designer to help elevate our visual identity and bring innovative ideas to life for a cutting-edge tech company.

While most of your work can be done remotely, we value face-to-face discussions for important topics that require deeper collaboration. This means you’ll occasionally join us at a coworking space in Hanoi for impactful brainstorming and team alignment sessions.

What You’ll Do

Design and Branding Excellence

• Create captivating visuals for social media, websites, landing pages, email campaigns, and advertising materials.
• Developing user-focused designs with strong UX/UI principles, e.g. experience with Wix or similar website-building platforms is an advantage.
• Craft professional slide templates, corporate materials, and presentations that tell our brand story.
• Design high-quality event assets for online and offline events, such as banners, brochures, and standees.
  
  

Collaborate and Innovate

• Contribute to internal projects, including case studies, use cases, reports, and strategic documents.
• Partner with senior leadership to create impactful designs for workshops and meetings.
• Propose bold ideas aligned with the Brand Innovate strategy while maintaining consistency with brand guidelines.
  
  

What We’re Looking For

Required Skills and Experience:

• English Communication: Proficient in English, both written and verbal.
• Design Expertise: 2+ years of professional experience, with at least 1 year specializing in website design and UI/UX.
• Proficiency with Tools: Skilled in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and Canva. Bonus: Experience with Figma or other similar platforms.
• Website Design: Hands-on experience designing and optimizing websites, especially on platforms like Wix.
• Aesthetic Vision: A strong eye for innovative, effective design while ensuring functionality and storytelling.
• Audience-Centric Mindset: Ability to create logical, clear, and impactful designs tailored to audience needs.
  
  

Preferred Background

• Experience working with technology, AI, fintech, regtech, or similar industries.
• Understanding of sales and marketing strategies.
• A portfolio showcasing sophisticated, B2B-focused design projects.
• Based in Hanoi, Vietnam (preferred).
