- Solve and judge a quality problem in daily
- Control Inprocess inspection order sheet from material incoming inspection through finished blood tubing set and check inspection result for all process.
- Hold meeting with production unit for solve the quantity trouble of Inprocess Inspection report,nonconformity report and complaint report and follow up the corrective action.
- Lead the meeting to inferior about inspection trouble new part changing or process changing and caution of inspection.
- Control follow up process about new part changing, process changing.
- Control cleanliness of working area
- Establish and maintain the limit sample in good condition and update
- Establish and revise SOP for Inprocess inspection
- Control sub-ordinate to work follow as SOP.
