YOUR TASKS

Provide operational management and support at the service center to ensure efficient and timely pick-up and delivery handling of customer materials and shipments
Assists with operational procedures, including sorting, loading/unloading activities, shipment processing and documentation, manifesting, bagging, sending shipment status information, and accepting/securing over-the-counter payments
Dispatches pick-up and delivery information in a timely and efficient manner; arranges daily pick-up schedules
Process inbound material upon arrival and make sure material is available to the couriers and that material notgoing out for delivery is secured according to the Security policy and procedures
Process outbound material according to the latest processes and procedures
Carry out any administrative task that is required for the Service Centre
Assist in ensuring operational practices and procedures are carried out effectively
Work with sub-contractors, ensuring all activities are being carried out timely and meet service standards

YOUR PROFILE

1 - 2 years relevant experience
Completed high school
Communication skills (English and local language): spoken and written
Must be able to lift up to seventy (70) lbs. occasionally
Must be able to lift forty (40) lbs. frequently
Must be able to walk, climb stairs, reach overhead, squat, bend, kneel, stoop and crouch repeatedly
Driving License (current and valid)
Fork Lift License (preferable)
