Point Avenue is looking for an enthusiastic HR Associate to help scale our team and hit business goals across Southeast Asia. You’ll collaborate to understand and fulfill hiring needs across all departments and across all geographic locations in Southeast Asia. You’ll focus on increasing and maintaining the candidate pipeline, recruiting and onboarding top talent, bringing in the right talent at the right time and supporting other HR initiatives.
Location: 2F, CT1, Yen Hoa Parkview Building, no.3 Vu Pham Ham, Yen Hoa, Cau Giay, Ha Noi
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Talent Acquisition (40%)
● Review/update on job descriptions and offer packages based on the position and company requirements, market and work cross-functionally to ensure a high close rate and market competitiveness;
● Source candidates through a variety of standard and creative avenues including relevant networks, online and internal databases, employee referrals, and passive candidates through networking and research;
● Post, maintain and track open roles; arrange interviews including scheduling at each stage as needed;
● Track, manage and follow-up on the career email, HR system and open roles;
● In charge of designing and implementing employer branding to align with company recruitment goals.
2. Onboarding Training and Personnel Support (20%)
● In charge of the new employee on-boarding process (ie: go through an on-boarding checklist, prepare all the necessary facilities for on-boarding training, coordinate with HoDs or supervisor on training plan, KPI setting … );
● Support closely with candidates and the supervisors during the probation
evaluation process;
● Ensure candidate's & new joiners' experience throughout the Company's selection process and Onboarding process;
● Update Personnel Admin data for new hires
● Guide and keep track on new employee’s Visa, Work Permit, Temporary
Resident Card process for all team members
3. HRBP and Employee Relation (30%)
● Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing guidance on HR matters Provide guidance on handling difficult employee situations, such as performance
issues or interpersonal conflicts.
● Stay up-to-date with labor laws and regulations to ensure that HR practices remain compliant and ethical.
● Participate in workforce planning and budgeting activities to optimize human capital utilization.
● Prepare HR reports to provide insights into key performance indicators and strategic initiatives.
4. Corporate Culture (10%)
● Collaborate with managers to create and implement strategies that enhance employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention.
● Execute company events such as Trade Union and other corporate culture
events;
● Other tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
● Bachelor’s degree
● 3+ years talent experience working in a fast-paced environment
● Have a good command of English
● Preferred - experience in Education field and/or recruit expatriate experience
● Strong at communication and negotiation skills (in both written and verbal)
● Prioritize and effectively handle multiple detail-oriented tasks
