The Opportunity

The B2B Marketing team is seeking a strategic and dynamic Associate Director of Partner Marketing (B2B Marketing) to enhance our engagement with partners through impactful messaging across emails and other channels. In this leadership role, you will be responsible for formulating and executing the overall strategy for email communications and potentially other marketing channels, ensuring alignment with Agoda’s strengths and competitive positioning.

Role Overview

As the Associate Director of Partner Marketing (B2B Marketing) , you will oversee the entire strategy, execution, and optimization of our email communication and other marketing channels for B2B partners and prospective partners. You will analyze partner lifecycles, drive strategic initiatives, and utilize strong analytical skills to run A/B tests and improve our communication funnel, ultimately creating business value for Agoda.

What You Would Be Doing

  • Develop Strategic Communication Plans: Ideate and implement comprehensive email and multi-channel marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement among B2B partners.
  • Design Impactful Campaigns: Lead the planning and execution of email marketing campaigns that align with brand guidelines and generate quality leads, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Optimize Partner Journey: Analyze partner lifecycle data to ensure that communications are relevant, useful, and tailored to partner needs, leveraging Agoda’s competitive advantages.
  • Analyze Campaign Performance: Analyze campaign results, derive insights, and continuously refine strategies based on data-driven decision-making.
  • Innovate and Experiment: Cultivate an experimental mindset by running A/B tests and exploring new communication strategies to enhance engagement and conversion rates.
  • Manage Projects Efficiently: Develop KPIs and OKRs, oversee timelines, and resource allocation to ensure successful campaign execution within business objectives.
  • Mentor and Lead a Team: Inspire, mentor, and manage a team of marketing professionals and analysts, fostering talent development and recruiting top performers in the industry.

What You’ll Need To Succeed

  • Extensive Experience: A minimum of 8 years in email marketing, campaign management, or a related field. Strong emphasis on B2B marketing is a plus.
  • Analytical Expertise: Proven analytical skills (SQL and Tableau for visualization). Strong ability to interpret data, drive insights, and apply findings to improve campaign effectiveness.
  • Strategic Vision: Ability to conceptualize the big picture while aligning communication strategies with broader business goals.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong team management experience, with a track record of hiring, developing, and retaining high-performing teams.
  • Effective Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Market Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry trends, particularly in Tech and the travel sector, to keep Agoda at the forefront of B2B marketing.
  • Adaptability: Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and open to exploring new channels and innovative approaches.
  • Skills: : Advanced SQL skills required; Tableau knowledge advantageous.

Để mở rộng quy mô của công ty cũng như tăng năng suất sản xuất đáp ứng nhu cầu của các đối tác, Công ty Properwell Shoes MFG.LTD đã thực hiện dự án đầu tư xây dựng Nhà Máy Sản xuất giày PROPERWELL Việt Nam, tọa lạc tại số 2 Đại lộ Hữu Nghị, KCN VSIP Quảng Ngãi, Việt Nam với vốn đầu tư 556.375 tỷ đồng. Lễ khởi công xây dựng nhà máy được thực hiện vào ngày 26.02.2016
Được xây dựng trên diện tích 10,2 hecta, bao gồm tòa nhà hành chính, 5 nhà xưởng, canteen, khu vực nghỉ ngơi cho cán bộ, công nhân viên và các khu vực phụ trợ khác. Sau 3 năm hoạt động, công ty đã vận hành 3 nhà xưởng với 1,800 công nhân và công ty tiếp tục chuẩn bị vận hành nhà xưởng thứ 4 để đến năm 2025 PROPERWELL Việt Nam đạt mục tiêu trở thành Công ty sản xuất giày nữ hàng đầu tại Việt Nam.
