1. Content Creation Support:
- Assist in developing engaging and visually appealing content for our e-commerce platforms and social media channels, including Facebook, Tiktok, Shopee & Lazada
- Collaborate with the design team to create graphics, videos, and other multimedia content to support marketing campaigns.
- Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar, ensuring consistency with brand guidelines.
2. Influencer and Agency Coordination:
- Support activities related to Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), Key Opinion Consumers (KOCs), and marketing agencies.
- Assist in identifying and engaging with potential influencers and partners to enhance brand visibility and reach.
- Help in managing contracts, communications, and deliverables with external partners.
3. Event Organization Assistance:
- Assist in the planning and execution of marketing events, including product launches, pop-up stores, and promotional events.
- Coordinate logistics, such as venue booking, vendor management, and event setup.
- Support on-site during events, ensuring smooth operations and a positive experience for attendees.
4. Marketing Material Distribution:
- Help in the distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and promotional items, to B&M stores and partners.
- Ensure that all marketing collateral is up-to-date, accurately branded, and effectively communicates our messaging.
5. Promotional Activities Assistance:
- Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities, including visual merchandising (VM) for small events and retail communication efforts.
- Help design and implement in-store displays and promotional setups that attract and engage customers.
6. Administrative Support:
- Provide daily administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing files.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documentation as needed.
7. E-Shop Performance Media Plan Management:
- Assist in filling in the E-shop Performance Media Plan, ensuring all promotional schemes are accurately documented.
- Follow up on content and materials to ensure they are ready before the campaign launch.
8. Other Tasks:
- Undertake additional tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager, contributing to the overall success of the marketing department.
Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Fresh Graduated or Senior students (be able to work full-time at least 3 months) major in Business, Marketing and related majors are preferred.
- Basic in English (writing and speaking) and MS Office (Excel, Power Point).
- Good writing and communication skills are a plus.
- Creative, proactive, teamwork.
- Have personal laptop.
