Mô tả công việc

Compensation Management:

  • Oversee monthly payroll processing, including salary calculations, tax deductions, and statutory compliance.
  • Maintain and update employee salary structures and compensation packages.
  • Conduct benchmarking studies to ensure competitiveness in salary structures and align with market trends.

Benefits Administration:

  • Manage employee benefits programs, including insurance, leave policies, retirement plans, and other perks.
  • Provide guidance to employees on benefits utilization and address related queries.
  • Evaluate and recommend improvements to the benefits package to attract and retain talent.

HR Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements, including Provident Fund, ESI, and other employee welfare schemes.
  • Prepare and submit required reports to government authorities on time.
  • Stay updated on changes in labor laws and regulations, and recommend necessary adjustments.

Employee Records & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and confidential employee records related to payroll, benefits, and compliance.
  • Generate periodic reports on compensation, benefits costs, and other HR metrics.
  • Support internal and external audits related to HR operations.

Policy Development:

  • Assist in developing and implementing compensation and benefits policies.
  • Collaborate with management to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets.

Employee Engagement:

  • Educate employees on compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
  • Address employee concerns related to payroll, benefits, and compliance in a timely and professional manner.

Yêu cầu công việc

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in C&B roles, preferably in [specify industry].
  • Strong knowledge of payroll systems, labor laws, and tax regulations.
  • Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or other payroll systems).
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and confidentiality.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
