Summary:
We are looking for an Accountant to manage all financial transactions, from fixed payments and variable expenses to bank deposits and budgets.
Accountant responsibilities include auditing financial documents and procedures, reconciling bank statements and calculating tax payments and returns. To be successful in this role, you should have previous experience with bookkeeping and a flair for spotting numerical mistakes.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all accounting transactions
- Publish financial statements in time
- Handle monthly, quarterly and annual closings
- Reconcile accounts payable and receivable
- Prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements
- Assist Chief Accountant in the preparation of monthly/yearly closings
- Prepare VAS financial statement reports, Company income tax, Transfer pricing submission
- Work with auditors/ consultants on accounting and tax reports.
- Prepare the monthly of PIT, VAT, WHT reports
- Cash flow management,weekly forecast and reporting daily bank balances
- Make sure that clients comply with federal, state and local tax regulations
- Prepare all necessary schedule reporting to Headquarter
- Manage the import and export
- Manage the fixed assets, tool and prepaidRequirements:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in accounting role.
- Proficiency in tax laws, regulations, and procedures.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data analysis.
- Proficiency in accounting software (MISA) and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
