General Summary:

We are looking for AI software engineer with demonstrable knowledge and hands-on experience regarding AI applications. Major responsibility is to develop AI application/solution based on the Qualcomm Platform (both Edge AI and Cloud AI).

You will have responsibilities in one or more of the following areas:

• Research and develop Computer Vision algorithms for IoT video applications with performance and power efficiency.
• Design and implement RAG-based solutions to enhance LLM capabilities with external knowledge sources.
• Develop and optimize LLM fine-tuning strategies for specific use cases and domain adaptation.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2+ years experience with Computer Vision or Large Language Models (LLM).
• 2+ years of proficiency in C/C++/Python.
• Embedded system architecture including platform architecture, software stack, security and virtualization.
  
  
  

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
  
  
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Good analytical and mathematical skills to develop new algorithms. Hand-on experience in motion analysis, object detection/tracking and pattern.
• Experience with Open-Source vision library, experience in integration 3rd party software and debugging.
• Experience in Android/Linux or other embedded systems.
• Experience with NVIDIA deepstream, tensorrt, triton.
• Experience with AI model performance profiling and optimization.
• Knowledge of neural networks, with hands-on experience using ML frameworks such as TensorFlow or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Qualcomm Hexagon DSP is a plus.
• Knowledge of Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) is a plus.
• Work experience in Computer Vision and Natural Language Understanding is a plus.
• Ability to work as part of a dedicated project team and independently.
