Business Analyst

• Reports to: Marketing Manager
• Location: Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam

About the Role

Ru9 is looking for a Business Analyst to analyze business performance, manage tools, and optimize workflows to support our growth. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to use data and tools effectively, streamline processes, and enhance efficiency across various business functions.

Key Responsibilities

1. Data Analysis and Reporting - 40%

• Collect and analyze data to provide actionable insights for leadership and teams.
• Build and maintain dashboards to monitor key metrics (e.g., sales, customer behavior, operational performance).
• Present clear insights to support decision-making.

2. Business Process Optimization - 25%

• Evaluate and improve workflows to enhance efficiency and scalability.
• Manage business tools (ERP, CRM, PM systems) and ensure they align with company goals.
• Design and roll out optimized processes and monitor their success.

3. Customer Journey Optimization - 25%

• Build automated customer journeys (e.g., welcome series, abandoned cart recovery).
• Manage loyalty programs to increase VIP customer numbers and repeat purchases.
• Analyze customer metrics (e.g., RFM, CLV, churn) to improve retention.

4. Strategic Support and Tool Management - 10%

• Research market trends and competitors to identify growth opportunities.
• Proactively recommend and implement new tools to improve operations.
• Train teams to use tools effectively.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• 2+ years in a similar role with experience in business process optimization and tool management.
• Proficient in data tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI) and business systems (ERP, CRM, PM tools).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
• Proactive, collaborative, and eager to learn.
