Key responsibilities
· Assist in developing product design concepts under the guidance of the Product and Design Manager.
· Support the product design process from ideation to prototyping, ensuring feasibility and alignment with company standards (wooden furniture)
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production and engineering, to refine and finalize product designs.
· Prepare detailed design documentation and technical drawings for production handoff.
· Research industry trends, materials, and technologies to enhance design innovation and market relevance.
· Ensure design quality and adherence to company guidelines.
Key skills and experience
· Bachelor’s degree in Design, Industrial Design, or related fields.
· 1-2 years of experience in product design, preferably in manufacturing.
· Strong proficiency in design software & skill (e.g., Fusion 360, product rendering, adobe, sketching, AutoCAD, Rhino, sketchup or similar)
· Attention to detail and ability to work in a structured design process.
· Good teamwork and communication skills to collaborate with internal departments.
· Basic proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel.
· The experience or attention to art and culture is an advantage. Passion for design is a must.
· Work logically and be open to learning new things is an advantage.
· English proficiency is an advantage.
