AnyMind's client (Healthcare Industry) is looking for a Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing Director and Marketing Department of their company in its primary and administrative duties. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing Department and the attainment of its goals, as well as for the long-term growth of the company.
- Undertaking daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the department’s activities, including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing reports; composing and preparing correspondence that is sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for meetings.
- Responsible of vendors/supplier management, follow up and implement various payment documentation, logistics arrangement, contract, database collecting and record for marketing department.
- Assist Marketing Director on assigned daily tasks and duties. Works closely and effectively with Marketing Director to keep her well informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities, following up appropriately.
- Consolidate the schedule of various plans, activities, deadline and generate the marketing department calendar to follow up, on-site support and report to Marketing Director.
- Responsible of merchandise, gimmicks, POSM, marketing collaterals, samples production, delivery, tracking and stock management.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields.
- 3+ years of experience in similar position.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and the ability to organize and coordinate multiple projects at once.
- Flexible team player willing to do what it takes to get the job done; adaptable and enjoys a challenge.
- Strong report generation, data analysis and database record.
- Strong experience on marketing execution.
- Able to work independently or team-work.
- Able to work on field or business traveling if assigned.
- Good at English is advantage.
- Interest in healthcare industry is a plus.
- Salary range from 18,000,000 VND to 21,000,000 VND (depending on qualifications and capabilities)
- Bonus: 13th months’ salary
- 15 days paid leave and other benefits as per Vietnam laws and company’s regulation
