1. Main Duties of Job:

The team is responsible for developing a transversal application within SCC that will provide customers with tools to make their lives easier. You will join a team of 5 other members along with its lead, both back and front-end, closely collaborating with Product, and UX/UI teams, to create an incredible experience for merchants and customers.

We are looking for a QC Automation to join our dynamic team in the Ho Chi Minh area with the scope indicated below:

• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium and WebDriver IO.

• Perform manual testing on web applications to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.

• Identify, record, document, and track bugs using Azure DevOps or others bug tracking tools.

• Collaborate with developers and other team members to understand requirements and provide feedback on testability.

• Develop and maintain test plans, test cases, and test data.

• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.

• Monitor and report on test execution and results.

• Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.

2. Skills, Knowledge & Experience:

• Requirements:

o Proven experience as an Automation Tester or similar role.

o Strong knowledge of Selenium and WebDriver IO.

o Proficiency in manual testing techniques and methodologies

o Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Azure DevOps or other tools).

o Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git).

o Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

o Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

o Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.

o Good English proficiency

• Preferred Qualifications:

o Experience with other automation tools and frameworks.

o Knowledge of programming languages such as JavaScript or C#.

o Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Azure Devops or other tools).

o ISTQB certification or equivalent.

• Soft skills:

o A team player.
