Our expectation from you:

IT Students of 4th year with the below skillsets would be qualified for our training program:

✅ Proficiency in Java, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript

✅ Strong problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and analytical skills.

✅ Willingness to learn and develop expertise in Salesforce CRM and related technologies.

✅ Good self-study habits and ability to research new technologies independently.

✅ Familiarity with cloud CRM platforms is advantageous.

✅ Effective communication skills in English.

What we train you in:

• Understanding Salesforce CRM, its components, and its business applications.
• Salesforce customization using Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, administration, and workflow automation.
• Debugging and troubleshooting Salesforce solutions under guided supervision.
• Collaboration with team members to understand and implement business requirements effectively.
• Documentation of code, processes, and Salesforce customizations following company standards.
• Staying updated with Salesforce best practices, release notes, and new features.
