Duties and Responsibility:
• Acting as a contact point for the Legal Team in Head Office in South Korea and Regional Office in Vietnam
• Maintaining regular communications with the Legal Team and involved parties, verbally and in writing (including participating in a video conference, answering phone calls or responding to emails), while maintaining confidentiality
• Reviewing, proofreading, preparing, and drafting various legal and corporate documents and correspondences under guidance of the Legal Team
• Translating various legal and corporate documents from English to Vietnamese or vise versa and coordinating translation requests
• Organizing, maintaining, monitoring, tracking legal documents and performing appropriate follow-up actions, including receiving and sending agreements internally and externally • Conducting basic and legal research and providing support and requested information to the Legal Team
• Participating in various projects assigned by the Legal Team and internal team

Job requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in law (only accepted Hanoi Law University and School of Law – VNU) , Korean or English language (strongly preferred)
• Native Vietnamese and fluency in either Korean or English (required)
• Working experience in law offices or companies for legal affairs or law-related works (preferred)
• Working experience in translating service (preferred) Qualification and Skills
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Familiarity with legal and business terminology and ability to accurately translate such terminology
• Excellent research, writing, and analyzing skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
• Proficiency with case or document management systems or document review software
• Ability to follow directions and procedures
• Ability to manage and handle workload, various assignments and assignments
• Highly organized, reliable and self-motivated
