Mô Tả Công Việc
- Organize and manage the activities of the Accounting Department
- Control and prepare financial statements according to Vietnamese accounting standards
- Direct, control, organize, arrange, store and preserve documents and books according to regulations
- Prepare budget contingency plans in appropriate forms to meet unexpected budget needs
- Directing, inspecting and controlling arising accounting operations
- Working with tax agencies, audits, inspection and testing as required. Handling tax-related documents and procedures, including import, export, VAT, Duties, tarrifs,…
- Develop tax planning and strategies, implement good tax practices in compliance with tax regulations and deliver the best benefit for the Company
- Monitor and control all costs and expenses to be in line with the planned budget.
- Ensure that the Company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.
Complete all reports as requested by the General Director

- Education: Bachelor degree or higher level in accounting, financing, or business administration, or equivalent business experience
- Experience: at least 10-year-experience in Finance - Accounting field and at least 5 years experiences in the manager level.
- Female 35- 45 years old.
** Soft skills:
- Good management skills such as leadership skill, people management skill, coaching skill, change management skill, planning skill, problem solving skill, analytical skill, etc.
- Good communication skills and English proficiency
- Good knowledge of MISA sofware
