• Assist Human Resources Manager:
Recruitment: Recruit, interview and select employees to fill vacant positions of hotel.
• Set up the administrative and personnel system:
+Devise and editing Hotel Policy, Regulation, Guidance, Employee Handbook, Internal and External Documents in accordance with the Management needs.
+ Develop and implement Resort Personnel Policies.
+ Prepare the yearly manpower budgets of the whole hotel and each department as well.
+ Forecast future manpower deficits and surpluses and recommend strategic plans for maintaining optimal staffing level to cope with operation needs.
+ Update the manpower increases and decrease; and send the monthly or yearly reports on manpower to the Management, the Group or the authorities.
+ Update and advise the Management on employment and related legislation requirements and ensure the compliance.
+ Direct and supervise the implement of employment formalities and ensure that all will be complied with the Labour Code of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam and the other guidance documents.
• Staff Training and Development
+ Devise the training plans, objectives and budget.
+ Analyze the training needs and co-ordinate with all Department Heads in designing and organizing the training courses.
• Salary Administration and Control
+ Conduct job evaluation for fixing salary scales based on the hotel policies and the Management’s decision.
+ Co-operate with Accounting to prepare the monthly and yearly payrolls and control on payroll and related expenses as well.

• Employee Benefits
+ Review and develop a comprehensive remuneration package including bonus, medical and social insurance, retirement or severance benefits, and staff facilities to ensure that it is competitive enough to retain/attract existing staff/applicants.
+ Perform the necessary formalities concerning to staff benefits such as allowances of social insurance, sickness or maternity …
+ Co-ordinate with related department in supplying uniform, staff meal, and other facilities.
+ Take care of staff on special occasions of birthday, wedding, funeral, sickness, Children Day, Woman Day …
+ Remind all staff to adhere strictly Hotel Regulation.
+ Enforce disciplinary action on staff that violates Hotel Regulations.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Management.

Yêu cầu công việc
• Education: University Degrees & above (specialize in HR & Adm. Management, Law, Administration Business, Language).
• Experience: Minimum 3 years HR experience, of which, at least 2 years at supervisor level.
• Others/ khác:
• Highly motivated, flexible, reliable, honest, and resistant to pressure.
• Good in operation management and problem-solving skill.
• English Communication Skill.
