- Monitor and manage quality assurance guidance documents and propose plans' quality assurance programs and policies by collecting relevant data and creating statistical reports.

- Guide employees in the quality management department to perform daily tasks and manage QA tools.

- Ensure that all procedures are implemented during every step of the production process.

- Devise ways to improve production processes to ensure higher quality goods.

- Make improvements and review new specifications and processes for products or processes.

- Solving the customer complaint and unsatisfied. Guide the team to investigation, and make a decision

- Supervise inspectors, technicians, and other personnel and provide guidance.

- Ensure legal obligations are followed and ensure compliance with regulatory authorities and health and safety guidelines.

- Direct work with suppliers to control the quality.

- Analysis and set up the standard/ tolerance for OS suppliers.

- Keep accurate documentation and perform statistical analysis.

- Manage internal/external Audit and Documentation

- To participate in the Production/CS meetings actively.

- Monthly report internally, suppliers, and Global team.

- Other tasks from superior.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

- No experience in Packaging/Printing/Label Field, frequired as training will be provided by SML; however, experience in QC or product inspection is at least 5 years

- Careful, honest, responsible, and having good observation skills.

- Graduated from University

- Good at English
