We are looking for a candidate with a strong proven background in AI technologies and solutions to help manage and drive the adoption of AI across our organization. This exciting new opportunity enables you to play a pivotal role in advancing our AI journey.

You will work alongside a variety of stakeholders, from developers to end-users, to ensure AI solutions are successfully deployed and utilized. We seek a dynamic individual who excels in training others, understands the nuances of crafting effective prompts and can explain in simple words.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Conduct ongoing research to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI technologies and tools.
• Share knowledge and insights through newsletters, videos, and other communication channels.
• Teach and train staff on AI technologies and prompt engineering.
• Develop and implement AI skilling programs across the organization.
• Evaluate and integrate new AI solutions to enhance organizational processes.
• Spearhead AI projects within marketing, sales, and support to enhance efficiency and promote commercial innovation.
• Work closely with the Innovation Team and Department Heads to expand AI and automation usage, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Co-develop concepts, build prototypes, and deploy low-code solutions to automate tasks, increasing productivity in various departments.
• Collaborate with various stakeholders, from developers to end-users, to ensure AI solutions are successfully deployed and utilized.
• Gather user feedback and refine AI solutions accordingly.
• Monitor and report on the adoption and effectiveness of AI solutions.

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 2+ years of experience working with AI technologies and solutions.
• Excellent knowledge and daily use of AI tools like ChatGPT, Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, Runway, and other leading platforms.
• Excellent knowledge of AI tools, frameworks, training, and platforms.
• Professional knowledge about prompt engineering and the distinctions between different AI models.
• Experience or working insights into Adobe applications and 3D applications.
• Experience with low-code frameworks, web design, UX/UI, basic platform integrations, and data management is an advantage.
• Insights into Azure AI, Google Vertex, NVIDIA AI, or other leading Enterprise AI platforms is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Applications.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Excellent soft skills and the ability to adapt to new ideas and cultures.
• Good English communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Professional, flexible, approachable, and extroverted working style.
• Diligence, reliability, and responsibility are a must.
• Ability to work independently as well as support colleagues as a team.
• Able to work under high pressure, be result-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking.

A BA/BS degree related to Design, Innovation, Artificial Intelligence, or Computer Science is preferred. However, experience working in the marketing industry is considered a more critical background for this role.

DESTINATION

For the right candidate, remote working, as well as onsite and hybrid working options, are available in all our offices. This means you could work from our Danish offices in Copenhagen, Aarhus, or Odense, our office in Manchester, UK, or our office in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.
