Are you an experienced Accountant looking for a new challenge in a truly international company, a dynamic and mutli-cultural workforce. If so, then you might be a perfect match for our busy, well-run office in Ho Chi Minh City with 280+ employees.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Bookkeep and check all accounting transactions into Fast & Maconomy
- Prepare financial statement both VN and DK version
- Reconcile all accounts in both FAST & Maconomy
- Prepare VAT, FCT declaration monthly
- Prepare DPI report, CIT estimation quarterly
- Support, clarify and answer the questions from internal auditors in a quarterly review
- Prepare VAT refund documentation
- Work closely with external auditors to conduct a yearly audit
- Make quarterly and yearly reports for Vietnam General Statistics Office
- Collect and check PIT code for staff, register new PIT code for new staff
- Register staff’s dependent with tax authorities when needed
- Create/Close job numbers in the system as Project Managers (PMs) and Graphic Production Managers (GPMs) request
- Extract timesheet data requested by HR, PMs, GPMs, Department Heads
- Support other members in Accounting team to handle works related to the Accounting Department.
REQUIREMENTS
- BA Degree related to Accounting/Finance.
- At least 4 years of experience in relating job.
- Experienced working with ERP system will be an advantage.
- Good Microsoft office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowing tax regulations and VAS are a must.
- Good English communication, both in verbal and written.
- Good planning and organizational skills.
- Good communication skill.
- Diligent, careful, eyes for details are a must.
- Able to work independently as well as willingly to support colleagues as a team.
