Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents for the executives as required.
Organize and maintain the office filing system, including electronic and hard copy documents.
Process and track invoices, purchase orders, and other financial documents as needed.
Manage inventory of office supplies and equipment and order new supplies as needed.
And follow other tasks based on each department ex: PJM/PDM/QA/QC/COSTING,..

Requirements:
Good communication skills, in both English and Vietnamese and comfort adapting communication style between cross-functional partners at all levels.
Ability to work independently under a deadline on several projects simultaneously requiring both innovative ideas and engineering problem-solving.
Exemplify a high tolerance for ambiguity and a solution-focused attitude.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational, work ethic, and teamwork skills.
