Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to support our e-commerce and marketing team. This role will be responsible for designing high-quality visual content for social media, e-commerce platforms, product packaging, and brand marketing materials.

The ideal candidate has strong design skills, understands branding, and can create visuals that drive engagement and sales across digital channels such as TikTok, Shopee, Instagram, Facebook, and offline platforms.

Key Responsibilities

E-commerce & Product Design

• Create product images and graphics for online selling platforms.
• Design promotional banners, product visuals, and campaign materials for e-commerce sales.
• Create product infographics and feature highlight images to support sales performance.

Social Media & Advertising Creatives

• Design content for TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital platforms.
• Create digital advertising assets (static ads, promotional banners, thumbnails).
• Support short-form video creative needs (text overlays, storyboards, simple motion graphics).

Branding & Marketing Materials

• Maintain brand consistency across all visuals and communication materials.
• Create brand assets such as templates, icons, and campaign design systems.
• Design marketing materials such as brochures, catalogs, flyers, and presentations.

Packaging & Print Design

• Assist in designing product packaging, labels, inserts, and instruction manuals.
• Prepare print-ready files and ensure correct formatting for production.

Collaboration & Workflow

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to understand campaign objectives.
• Manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Revise and improve designs based on feedback and performance insights.

​Required Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house).
• Strong skills in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (InDesign is a plus).
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, and color systems.
• Ability to create professional digital marketing visuals for online platforms.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing for e-commerce or consumer products.
• Experience with motion graphics or video editing tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, CapCut, etc.).
• Knowledge of branding development and packaging design.
• Experience working with lifestyle, home & kitchen, or premium consumer brands

Minimum Education Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or a related field preferred.
• Relevant professional design experience may substitute for formal education.

Portfolio Requirement

• Applicants must submit a portfolio demonstrating:
• Social media creatives
• Product design visuals
• Branding, packaging, or marketing designs (preferred)

Salary 15,000,000VND and above (will be decided according to experience) Age: Below 32 years old
