The candidate shall be able and willing to handle several assignments related to business development strategy, marketing & communication. Your responsibilities include:
Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies across various channels (online and offline)
Manage and oversee advertising/communication campaigns (social media, traditional media, etc.) and promotional events
Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, understand brand awareness, and analyze competitor activity
Conduct customer surveys to assess needs and s
Identify and secure sponsorships by developing proposals, negotiating deals, and managing sponsor relationships
Generate leads through marketing campaigns and follow up until conversion, then ensure smooth customer care handoff to the Commercial team
Create compelling marketing copy for various materials (brochures, press releases, website content, etc.)
Design and edit marketing materials (photos, videos, presentations)
Execute marketing campaigns from ideation to completion, including monitoring and analyzing performance
Experiment with various marketing channels (organic and paid) to optimize campaign performance
Maintain relationships with media vendors and publishers for promotional activities
Collaborate with internal teams across departments to achieve marketing goals
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Shape and communicate SSA's vision and mission
Prepare marketing documents and reports, work in conjunction with other subsidiaries in the group to complete assigned tasks

Proven experience in marketing or a similar role
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
Excellent time management and multitasking skills
Strong understanding of marketing best practices, market research techniques, and data analysis
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and video editing software (Premiere Pro, Capcut)
Ability to create engaging and informative content for all platforms (social media, website, etc.)
Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok) with a focus on Facebook fan page management - Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
Creativity, strong work ethic, and commercial awareness
Keen eye for detail and a passion for brand storytelling
Good at English (written and spoken).
