TRUFFLE - We are currently looking for a skilled and passionate Social Media (Part-time) to oversee the online presence of 3 restaurants located in Ho Chi Minh City. This position is part-time, ideal for someone with a strong grasp of social media platforms and experience in managing multiple accounts.

As a Social Media, your primary responsibility will be to maintain and enhance the restaurants' presence on various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, Google, and LinkedIn. This includes updating and managing content, posting engaging reels, creating 2-3 posts per week, and sharing daily stories to keep our audience informed and entertained.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and execute social media strategies for multiple restaurant accounts.

- Create compelling and creative content to engage and grow the follower base.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency and customer engagement.

- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely manner.

- Analyze social media performance using analytics tools to optimize content and strategies.

- Stay updated on social media best practices, trends, and new features to maximize results.

- Previous experience in managing social media accounts, particularly Instagram, Facebook, Google, and LinkedIn.

- Proficiency in creating and curating visually appealing and engaging content.

- Strong understanding of social media analytics and ability to interpret data to improve strategies.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Vietnamese and English.

- Creative thinker with the ability to brainstorm innovative ideas for content and campaigns.

- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Salary: 10-15mil (Part-time)
