• Prepare quotations for customers based on RFQs (Request for Quotation), including labor time estimation for control cabinet assembly and cost estimation of electrical components by working with suppliers.

• Provide specification guidance to the QC team for electrical component inspection.

• Create 3D assembly models to support the development of assembly instructions.

• Use ERP software for project and task management.

• Design and create wire harness fixtures.

• Build load testers to meet product testing requirements for control cabinets.

• Participate in weekly meetings with the US team to report progress and discuss tasks.

• Use 3D CAD software to:

  • Create 3D assemblies of control cabinets.

  • Follow customer schematics to simulate point-to-point/wire-to-wire connections.

  • Create detailed drawings for manufacturing separate wire harnesses for mass production.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the Manager.

Yêu Cầu Công Việc

Education & Language

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or a related field.

• Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

Technical Skills

• Proficient in reading and understanding schematic and engineering drawings.

• Solid understanding of electrical components such as PLCs, relays, contactors, SSRs, power units, etc. (e.g., Schneider, Omron, ABB…).

• Hands-on experience in designing or executing projects involving control cabinet fabrication.

• Familiarity with UL (Underwriters Laboratories) standards is required.

• Experience in maintenance of control cabinets.

• Knowledge of Autodesk Vault, Inventor Wire Harness, and UL508 is a plus.

Work Experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or mass production environment.

• Experience in electrical/control system design or other related technical roles.

Soft Skills

• Detail-oriented and well-organized.

• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

• Able to work independently.

• Good documentation and reporting skills.
