Responsibilities:

The Assistant Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth for the property. This role will require a strong understanding of the hospitality industry, excellent sales skills, and the ability to lead a team of sales professionals.

Qualifications:

• Strong organizational and planning skills with a strategic mindset
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proven negotiation skills
• Demonstrated problem-solving, administrative, and interpersonal skills
• Hotel Management Diploma/Degree or a Bachelor's degree in Sales & Marketing, Hospitality/Tourism Management, or equivalent experience
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the hospitality industry with market knowledge
