Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Marketing & Customer Experience. This role will focus on supporting the execution of marketing campaigns and assisting in ensuring a seamless customer experience for our events.

Key Responsibilities:

Customer Experience

• Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and assisting with any event-related concerns. (All channels including phone, email, social medias)
• Ensure clients and event participants have a positive experience before, during, and after the event.
• Support the team in creating and maintaining customer relationships.
• Maintain and build up relationships with international partners & clients. 
• Manage the system, customer database of each event.
• Daily/ weekly report of the registration numbers. 
• Propose new ideas for better process, experience for participants, and events. 

Marketing

• Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns for company events.
• Help manage social media accounts, websites ,content planning,  and other online platforms to build up a better customer experience from the communication steps.

Event Coordination Assistance:

• Assist with event planning and coordination to ensure smooth execution regarding customer’s experience. 
• Help with on-site event support, including managing logistics, registrations, and guest interactions. 

Requirements:

• No specific educational background required—just a passion for customer service.
• Positive attitude and eagerness to learn and grow within the role.
• Proficiency in English (both written and spoken) for communication with clients and international partners.
• Good Excel skills for data management, analysis, and reporting.
