With our steady knowledge in E-commerce, Yes4All started to provide end to-end ecommerce-enabler service in order to help Vietnamese and global manufacturers or struggling sellers bring their products to the US & International markets.

I. JOB DECRIPTIONS

• Test Planning and Execution
• Develop comprehensive test plans and procedures to evaluate product functionality, performance, and reliability.
• Record and document test results, including defects and deviations from expected behavior.
• Defect Identification and Documentation
• Conduct defect analysis and accurately document identified issues. Prioritize defects based on severity, impact on functionality, and business priorities.
• Document defects in a defect tracking system, including detailed descriptions, steps to reproduce, and supporting evidence.

Process Improvement

• Identify opportunities for process improvement within the QA function. Propose and implement process improvements, including updates to testing procedures, automation initiatives, and adoption of best practices.
• Monitor and measure the impact of process improvements, including metrics such as defect density, test coverage, and testing cycle time.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on quality standards. Coordinate testing activities with development teams to ensure adequate test coverage and timely resolution of defects.
• Act as a liaison between QA and other departments to facilitate communication and collaboration on quality-related issues

Documentation Management

• Maintain accurate documentation of testing activities, results, and findings. Organize and catalog test artifacts in a document management system or repository for easy access and retrieval.
• Review and validate documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with established standards and guideines.

Training and Knowledge Sharing

• Provide training and support to team members on QA processes and methodologies specific to outdoor products.
• Develop training materials, including documentation and presentations, to support training initiatives.
• Organize knowledge-sharing sessions to facilitate peer learning and collaboration within the QA team.

II. SKILL AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software quality assurance.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and best practices.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Six Sigma or Lean.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
