Arrange meetings with Japanese customers (mainly project managers in company in Japan or headquarter companies)
Create agenda and contents of the meetings
Attend the above meetings and confirm requirements (scope, timeline, budget etc.)
Organize and file documents
Plan and participate in a social party with Japanese customers to make good relationships
Arrange the resources with NDVN PMs and make a proposal and a quotation
Negotiate with customers and close the deal
Manage Head of Application's schedules and coordinate meetings and travel arrangements
Manage business card for Head of Application
Report to Head of Application Solution
Yêu cầu công việc
- Must: Native/fluent JP speak/read/write (no need to have a certification but equivalent to N1/N2 level)
- Must: able to go on biz trips to HCMC/Danang, Japan, and other locations
- Prefer: experiences living/working in Japan
- Prefer: experience in sales

- 100% salary in probation time
- Beside NET salary, employee will get bonus 2 times per year according to working performance periodically and company profit.
