JOB DESCRIPTION

Other duties as assigned by management.
Provide Business / Corporate consultancy services to our multinational and local clients;
Perform procedures in relation to Administrative, Corporate compliance such as preparation and submission of the monthly reports to the Management, Authorities;
Focus on handling ERC, IRC, Certificate of Subsidiary and other licenses;

REQUIREMENTS

Good knowledge of the Enterprise Law, Commercial Law and Investment Law;
Around 2 years of work experience. Major in Law / Accounting / Audit / Business;
Enjoying teamwork, cheerful, self- motivated and willing to learn.
Ability to work under high pressure and willing to travel;
Good English in 4 skills;
