PURPOSE OF THE JOB
• To ensure financial reports to be prepared and presented accurately, relevance and timely.
• To ensure financial reports and taxation reports are prepared in compliance with Triumph Financial Reporting Guidelines and VAS and applicable Tax regulations in Vietnam.
• To support Accounting manager in managing and developing Accounting function of TIV capable to provide accurate and reliable accounting information, for decision making to support company business objectives and goals
• To be developed to become a successor of Chief Accountant and Finance controller.

RESPONSIBILITIES
• Review processes of Accounting Function to identify potential room for improving efficiency and productivity of Accounting department as a whole.
• Ensure the accuracy and timely of financial reports according to Global / Regional schedule and local authority schedule.
• Perform reviews on P&L and BS on a monthly basis to identify the risk of under/over-statement of financial reports.
• Keep updated of changes in IFRS (as guided at the company hand book), VAS and Tax regulations and Access potential impact on company business. To ensure such changes are generally communicated and understood within company, especially within Accounting department itself.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure a seamless approach to audits and developments in regulatory oversight.
• Manage year-end audit in corporation with external auditors.
• Assist tax audits in corporation with relevant authorities
• Co-working with Finance controller for financial planning and analysis.
• Take charge of preparing and managing Cashflow forecast.

KEY PERFORMANCE INDICATORS (KPI)
• Financial reports are prepared OTIF according to Global reporting deadline.
• CIT, VAT and tax are prepared in compliance with applicable Vietnamese tax regulations and deadlines.
• Year-end adjustment amount is less than 3% of unaudited yearly Profit before tax
• Variance between audited P&L and unaudited P&L is less than 3% of unaudited yearly Profit before tax
• No material audit finding from PWC during year-end auditing
