POSITION: OPERATOR ( CUSTOMER SERVICE )_ JAPANESE SPEAKING ( N2)

Location: HCMC _District 01

1.JOB SUMMARY:

• Understand needed business, receive customer’s issue/request, and solve those requests.
• Can communicate with customer in Japanese via phone.
• English good ( Toeic above 600 )

2. Qualifications & Experience

• Japanese language skill equivalent to N2 , English language basic
• Graduated from College or University/ Prefer background and experiences in technical or economic field.
• Has logical thinking
• Able to working on shifts
• Good working attitude
• Good communication skill
• High sense of punctuality

3.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Learn business with procedure and practice them
• Receive customer issue/request, reply/solve them quickly
• Ensure issue/request to be closed correctly with customer’s confirmation
• Use dedicated tools in working (receiving tickets, update status and information)
• Work in shifts, on weekend or holiday with full benefits according to Labor Code
• Conduct request/process in the customers’ instruction guidebook exactly
• Resolve issues happened during working
• Follow the direction of Leader or Line manager
• Report to Leader or Line Manager
