JOB SUMMARY
We are looking for an experienced and strategic Head of Accounting to lead and manage all accounting operations. You will be responsible for financial reporting, budgeting, internal control, compliance, and team development.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Lead and supervise the accounting team, define KPIs, and monitor performance
• Establish and implement accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls
• Manage monthly/annual financial reporting in accordance with local regulations
• Oversee AR/AP, inventory, asset control, cost calculation, tax, and audit compliance
• Monitor financial forecasting and budget planning
• Liaise with internal departments, external auditors, and tax authorities
• Ensure team development: structure, job description, training, evaluation
• Propose improvements in accounting operations and efficiency
• Perform other assigned tasks from top managementREQUIREMENTS
• Bachelor's degree in Finance/Accounting. Chief accountant certificate
• Age from 35 years. At least 5 years of experience in the same position.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good understanding of Vietnam tax laws, financial reporting, and cost management
• Proficient in MS Office and accounting systems
• English: IELTS 5.5 / TOEIC 600 or equivalent- Fluently in speaking
• Logical thinking, integrity, problem-solving mindset
• Experience in manufacturing companies is a strong advantage
