Role Description

We’re looking for a Global Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about connecting great people with great opportunities. You’ll be a key partner to business leaders, helping Vinova scale by hiring high-quality technical and business talent across global markets.

The role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes, developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, coordinating with department leads on talent needs, and ensuring alignment with the company’s employer branding. You will source, screen, and interview candidates to match them with suitable positions while fostering an excellent candidate experience. Additionally, you will contribute to improving recruitment practices and promoting a positive workplace culture.

This role is ideal for someone who loves recruitment and has experience (or strong interest) in hiring across Singapore, SEA, or APAC markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end recruitment for technical and business roles mainly in Vietnam and Singapore.
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and advise on hiring strategies.
• Proactively source top talent via LinkedIn, job platforms, tech communities, and referrals.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring demands.
• Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, source effectiveness) and continuously improve hiring processes.
• Ensure a consistent, positive candidate experience aligned with Vinova’s employer brand and values.
• Support employer branding and internal communication initiatives related to talent and culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within the IT/Tech industry.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment for technical roles.
• Strong sourcing expertise, with hands-on experience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn, job portals, and other digital sourcing tools.
• Experience recruiting for Singapore, SEA, or APAC markets is a strong advantage.
• Solid understanding of talent acquisition best practices, hiring trends, and market dynamics in the IT/Tech sector.
• Ability to assess, screen, and interview candidates effectively to ensure role and cultural fit.
• Experience contributing to or supporting employer branding initiatives.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
