About Uni Export:

• Uni Export is a leading and pioneering supplier of wood pellets in Vietnam and Asia, with a substantial 19-years experiences.
• Operating 5 production plants, we currently deliver a supply of over 500,000 tons of biomass energy, along with 300,000 tons of wood sawdust, wood shavings, wood powder; and more than 18,000 cubic meters of plywood annually. Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy:

• Proactively seek and identify potential clients from target markets, conducting market research and trend analysis to uncover new business opportunities.
• Create and implement effective strategies for reaching out to potential clients, utilizing diverse and innovative sales techniques to engage new leads.
• Establish and nurture strong, long-term relationships with both existing and potential clients through regular communication and personalized service.
• Create weekly sales plans, including upselling and cross-selling strategies to existing clients, ensuring sales targets are met or exceeded.

Client Relationship Management & Support:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, work closely with them to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions that add value.
• Offer tailored product and service recommendations based on client needs, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction and loyalty.
• Provide professional consultations on products and services, helping clients make informed purchasing decisions.
• Work closely with marketing, customer service, and technical teams to ensure seamless customer experience and a timely response to client needs.

Sales Reporting & Market Insights:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and transactions using CRM tools (Salesforce, Excel, etc.), ensuring data accuracy and timeliness.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior to develop more effective sales strategies and gain a competitive edge.
• Provide weekly updates on sales activities and results, reporting progress to the Sales Team Leader/Upper Manager and proposing strategies for improvement.
• Suggest new business development strategies and plans to help maximize sales opportunities and revenue generation.

Support Product & Service Development:

• Based on customer feedback, contribute ideas and suggestions for improving products or services to better meet market demands.
• Take part in special business development projects or sales campaigns as needed, helping to improve overall business performance.

Requirements:

• University Degree/ College in related fields
• At least 1 year of experience in the same position.
• Having worked for a Japanese company is a plus.
• Familiar with Salesforce CRM is a plus
• Proficient English skills, both written and spoken
• Fast learner, Independence, passion for sales
• Strong research and organizational skills.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Good time and task management skills.
• Have excellent planning and reporting skills.
• Outstanding problem-solving, and analytical/ observation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
• Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
• Exceptional Knowledge of products, sales skills, and sales process.

Working location and hours:

• Location: Floor 2, Master Building, 41-43 Tran Cao Van Street, District 3, Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam
• Time: Mon-Fri (8.00 AM - 5.00 PM) & Sat (8.00 AM - 12.00 PM - WFH available)
