- Searching and consulting potential customers who need to rent land and factories of the Company; Work with FDI Chinese customers;
- Connecting and developing information channels to connect customers through brokerage units, investment promotion units and industrial construction units;
- Introducing and consulting the company's products; synthesizing questions, answering information requested by customers and coordinating with relevant departments to answer customer questions, persuading customers to sign contracts.
- Coordinating to solve the recommendations and requirements of customers during the operation in the company's industrial zones.
- Coordinate with the Marketing department to organize events and seminars to promote IDICO's image and attract customers.Yêu Cầu Công Việc
- Bachelor degree, major in marketing, business administration or related majors.
- Can use Chinese language fluently.
- Having experience in industrial real estate or related experience is a plus.
- Good communication, negotiation skills.
