- Welcoming customers at the VIP Lounge of the shopping mall
- Taking care of VIP customer, ensures customer satisfaction when using VIP Lounge
- Providing information for VIP customers, ensuring the best conditions at the VIP Lounge
- Collect information from potential customers to support making VIP cards- From 1 year of experience in a similar position at a Restaurant, Hotel, Shopping Center (Receptionist & Customer Care Position, etc.)
- Be able to make drinks such as tea, coffee, smoothie, etc.
- Good communication skills in both Vietnamese and English
Working shift: 6 days/week
- Shift 1: [protected info] (1 hour break)
