Carry out procedures for customs declarations, Customs supervision, checking goods, quarantine, Exchange D.O (pick up/ release DO), Operation supervision
Carry out procedures for receiving/exporting goods at airport
Monitor and coordinate delivery vehicles, contact drivers and customers on delivery issues, work with airline, co-loader
Read and understand import-export documents
Monitor and regularly update information to customers/ colleagues about shipments in progress
Issue B/L, deal with issues arising during the process of cargo handling
Send Pre-alert, Issue delivery orders
Be responsible for making reports related to the assigned field and other tasks as required by the Department Head/management levels
Other tasks as assigned by superiors and managementGraduated from college, university related to Logistics, customs, international trade, international economics
Experience from 2 to 3 years in work or equivalent positions
Understand the procedures at the scene such as opening declarations, checking goods, quarantine, changing orders and signing supervision
Having a good relationship and knowing how to work with Customs is an advantage
Priority is given to those who know how to arrange - arrange - monitor the dispatch of trucks and containers
Skills: proficient in Word, Excel, English competence
Quick, hard-working, careful, good thinking
Able to handle situations and solve problems independently
