• Proficient in English, particularly in reading and understanding the requirements of foreign clients;
• Knowledgeable in the BPO sector, for example customer support, service analysis, and call center operations;

• Prior experience or skills related to Quality Assurance are preferable;

Working time:

5 days per week amounting to 40 hours (Monday-Sunday), arranged by the company.

The detailed working hour for each shift is as follows:

• Shift 1: 9:00 a.m - 6:00 p.m;
• Shift 2: 2:00 p.m - 10:00 p.m;

Require to work at least 1-2 shift 2/ week

Able to work during Vietnamese Public Holidays as requested (New Year, Lunar New Year, Independence Day, etc.)
