A. OBJECTIVES​:

The Procurement Specialist will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing high-quality and cost-effective marketing items, uniforms, and merchandise. This role requires a strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of product quality and supply chain management.

B. ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. Description of main tasks:

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies for marketing materials, uniforms, and merchandise to meet the company's quality standards and budgetary requirements.
• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products that align with the company's brand and ethical sourcing standards.
• Negotiate contracts, pricing, and delivery terms with suppliers to ensure the best quality, cost, and delivery conditions.
• Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to ensure product specifications and brand guidelines are met.
• Manage the entire procurement process from supplier selection to delivery, ensuring timely receipt of products.
• Conduct quality control assessments and manage supplier performance, addressing any issues related to product quality or compliance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, new products, and advancements in sourcing and procurement technology.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operation of the sourcing and procurement process.

2. Others:

• Report as required.
• Improve the purchasing cost.
• Others as assigned by superior.

• Provide procurement services on time & the best.
• Reduce the purchase costs at minimum prices.
