Dusit Princess Moonrise Phu Quoc is currently operating 108 resort-style hotel rooms. Our vision is a Thai-inspired contemporary 4+ star resort, offering an upscale product combined with outstanding and individual services to our guests.

What do you need to do?

• In charge of payroll, benefits, legal compliance, and employment law

• Implement guidelines, policies, and procedures in compliance with corporate direction

• Develop a recruitment/selection strategy and mobility process

• Handle the staff movement process including new hired, promoted, resigned.

• Propose manning budget according to the Management requirement.

• Support operations and assists in achieving team member and guest satisfaction goals

• Prepare and supervise the performance appraisal reviews - Mid Year Talk and yearly performance appraisal.

• Participate in interviewing, selecting, training, appraising, coaching, counseling, and giving disciplines departmental staff according to company standards

• Measure staff satisfaction through surveys, round tables, and one-on-ones with team members, exit interviews.

• Address employee relations matters responds timely to staff

• Supervise all licenses and contracts with the governmental department in order to extend and register any hotel licenses.

• Proceed and ensure the implementation of staff benefits on the Group / Life insurance, provident fund, and social security.

• Implement Employee Relations activities including charitable, welfare campaigns, sports activities.

• Perform other duties as assigned by Resort Manager.
