GENERAL JOB DESCRIPTION
- We are looking to hire Sale Support. Your responsibilities will be the first important step in client's growth. You will need to bE careful in following up the progress to complete the projects.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
* Manage the integrations list on daily basis;
* Daily follow up on new and ongoing integrations;
* Ensure that the transition between BDM and AM departments is seamless;
* Work closely with integrations team;
* Implement project management procedures to ensure timely completion of projects;
* Review project plans and resolve onsite problems.
SKILLS & ABILITIES
* Strong verbal and written communication skills;
* Ability to manage multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
* Able to handle top tier clients and the pressure that comes along with it;
* A problem solver proactive approach;
* Ability to cope with a fast-pace, complex and rapidly changing environment;
* Proficiency in required languages (English and Chinese).
