RESPONSIBILITIES

• Ensuring office supplies are maintained, including checking inventory and working with vendors to ensure adequate levels of necessary supplies at all times.
• Collecting invoices, process payment under FPT’s financial regulation and ensure petty cash monthly report by each month.
• Ensuring the confidentiality and security of files and filing systems.
• Coordinating schedules, arranging meetings and events.
• Distribute and store correspondence (e.g. letters, emails and packages).
• Admin tasks on procedures, visas, documents, etc.
• Other tasks as assigned by HRM.

REQUIREMENTS

• From 3-4 years of related work experience.
• Good communication in English.
• Good administrative, organization and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Diligent at work, patient, detailed- oriented and good-tempered characteristics.
