COO Assistant:

• Administrative Support: Manage the COO’s schedule, appointments, and travel arrangements, Coordinate meetings and prepare necessary materials, agendas, presentations and minutes
• Communication and Liaison: Act as a primary point of contact between the COO and internal/external stakeholders
• Information Management: Maintain organized and up-to-date files, databases, and records
• Project Coordination: Assist in the coordination and execution of different projects and events that assigned by COO

RevOps:

• Collection and analysis of data across the entire revenue generation process
• Evaluate current processes, programs, and systems, determine how these can be improved to increase revenue, minimize costs, and increase customer satisfaction.
• Provide insights in business data to optimize sales, marketing, and CS processes
• Maintain good data hygiene
• Be responsible for OKR completion, incentives unlocked, sales rewards
• Provide HubSpot training
• Maintain CRM hygiene
• Be responsible for recruitment for sales folks, training, building relationships, etc.
• Deal with requests related to India and Indonesia team as well
