Responsibilities: 

Strategic marketing planning and execution: 

• Develop and implement a marketing strategy to drive the business forward
• Build annual marketing plans.
• Provide execution direction to achieve the annual marketing plans.

Market Research and analysis: 

• Review current marketing trends and advertisements to determine the most effective strategies
• Research competitors to stay current with similar products or services on the market

Proposals and collaboration:

• Propose proposals to BD, PM, sales, etc. from a marketing standpoint and promote projects while smoothly collaborating with multiple related departments.

Budget Management: 

• Allocate resources effectively to achieve marketing goals, monitor expenditures, and ensure campaigns are cost-efficient while delivering results

Training and Development: 

• Train and develop members in their respective fields.

Job requirements: 

Must-haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or advertising
• More than 3 years experience in B to B Marketing (Either Agency or Company) 
• Experience of Managing team (More than 3 people)
• Experience of growing product or company by marketing
• Great command of English

Preferred: 

• Experience of working with multi national team
• Outbound marketing experience, Sales experience is plus
• Webinar, Exhibition experience (Please put a link of event)
• Experience of using CRM such as Hubspot, Zoho, Salesforce.

Working time: 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM (1-hour lunch break) from Monday to Friday
