Lead and manage a team Sales Representatives, providing direction, coaching, and performance management.
Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to achieve sales targets in the assigned territory.
Identify and pursue new customers in the Food Service, Bakery, and Beverage channels.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust sales strategies.
Coordinate with internal departments (marketing, supply chain, finance) to ensure seamless customer service.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.Minimum 8 years of B2B sales experience, preferably in F&B, Food Service, Bakery, or Beverage industries.
At least 3 year in a supervisory or team leader role is a strong plus.
Proven track record in business development and client relationship management.
Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
