• Prepare and propose manning guide for the company.
• Create and maintain a system of job description for all departments and job titles.
• Propose recruitment plan and conduct recruitment campaigns to recruit most qualified candidates for the project and the company.
• Ensure that all training activities are in accordance to the needs and all training programs have been smoothly executed.
• Propose and conduct talent development program.
• Propose and implement salary scale and employee’s benefits and commendation.
• Develop and implement HR and training policies and procedures.
• Develop internal labour rules and regulations, company’s code of conduct and etc.
• Job duties and requirements to be changed as required by the company.

Yêu cầu công việc

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Hotel Management
• Minimum 3-5 year experience in similar position.
• Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
• Must have excellent Knowledge about Vietnam Labour Law
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
• Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
• Highly responsible & reliable
