 * Brand & Marketing Strategy
- Develop and implement the annual marketing communications plan in alignment with the hotel’s sales strategy.
- Ensure consistency in messaging, brand identity, and visuals across all platforms.
- Supervise outsourced design and creative direction to maintain brand standards.
* Digital & Social Media Management
- Manage hotel website content, SEO, and online listings to maximize visibility and direct bookings.
- Lead social media content planning, campaign management, and community engagement.
- Create and manage paid advertising campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads).
* Media Relations & PR
- Serve as media liaison and official spokesperson as needed; ensure timely responses to media inquiries.
- Build relationships with journalists, influencers, and community leaders.
- Coordinate press releases, interviews, and media coverage opportunities.
* Creative Production & Content
- Design EDMs, manage image library, and develop hotel visual assets for campaigns.
- Ensure all promotional materials are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Work with internal teams and agencies for photo/video shoots and content creation.
* Event & Partnership Marketing
- Promote internal and external hotel events including MICE, F&B promotions, and activations.
- Secure and manage collaborations with local businesses, partners, and communities.
