Overview

The (Senior) Executive Credit Administration is responsible for the end-to-end management of loan documentation and disbursement processes. This role ensures strict compliance with credit policies, laws, and regulations while managing secured assets. You will oversee loan releases, monitor post-disbursement conditions, and ensure accurate reporting to regulatory bodies like CIC and SBV.

Responsibilities

Loan Documentation & Asset Management

• Prepare and control all loan documentation, ensuring compliance with approval terms, credit policies, and legal regulations before disbursement.
• Manage secured assets within the Bank’s system, including the safe custody of security documents in vaults and arranging notarization or registration of mortgage contracts.
• Liaise with the Legal Department to propose or amend loan document terms as required by law or customer needs.

Disbursement, Monitoring & Reporting

• Control approved limits in the loan system and ensure proper approvals are secured before release, matching the intended loan purpose.
• Monitor post-disbursement conditions, interest rate revisions, and collateral insurance renewals to ensure continuous compliance.
• Prepare mandatory reports for CIC, SBV, and internal portfolio management while ensuring standard turnaround times are met.

Skills & Experience We Are Looking For

• University degree in Banking, Economics, or Finance.
• 3-5 years of working experience, with at least 1 year in a similar lending or credit administration position.
• Solid understanding of credit policies, banking regulations, and risk management.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with high attention to detail and integrity.
• Effective written and alternative communication skills, with a customer-oriented mindset and ability to work effectively in a team.
